Aquarium of the Pacific

It's no surprise that visiting the Aquarium of the Pacific was one of my FAVORITE day trips that Kling Connection has done so far! This aquarium is absolutely incredible- with exhibits galore of fish, sharks, other sea creatures, as well as turtles, frogs, and LOADS of information.
The day Sean and I visited the Aquarium of the Pacific, it was brewing with families young and old, anxious to get a glimpse of all the sea life the aquarium has to offer. And boy, you'd better get there early if you plan to see it all. There are things to see and do everywhere; different levels of exhibitions; parts of the aquarium are even outside so bring your sunscreen!
The kids (and even the adults) enjoyed watching the scuba divers join the fish in the tank for feeding and cleaning time. It takes a MASSIVE amount of time, energy, and people to run an aquarium- especially one of this size. These tanks hold millions of gallons of waters. And there are multiple tanks, of different sizes, everywhere, holding all different types of sealife. You can just imagine the expertise it takes to keep a place such as this running smoothly. They do a fantastic job!
I absolutely love aquariums in general, because you can see up close and personal, things that you normally can't. Beautifully colored tropical fish, anemones, poisonous frogs, sea lions playing, etc....those things aren't going to pop up in your backyard! But the Aquarium of the Pacific does an amazing job creating an underwater experience for its guests. Transporting them to a place where sea turtles float by, sharks stare through the glass, and stingrays are something you get to touch and feel.
The Aquarium of the Pacific is a great place to go visit either with or without your kids- you WILL enjoy yourself. Just promise the Kling Connection ONE thing......
